Oh no someone did not just say how did ‘that random old man (as in Hartnell) become beautiful Matt Smith’

William Hartnell was one of the finest actors of his generation, he believed in the character of the Doctor and he worked his arse off for 48 weeks of the year for a programme he only could hope would be successful. Respect your elders dammit before we wash your mouth out with soap.

He is anything but a random old man and he is also beautiful, he is THE Doctor.
